    Yes, you can make a booking and receive it next year. We will maintain your booking for up to a year. For periods longer than a year, we will review on a case-by-case basis. Just let us know your reason. All promises will be documented.

  • Is instalment available?

    Yes, instalment is available for 6 to 12 months. Credit card instalment options are available, but you must visit a showroom to arrange it.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, online payments, and TNG.

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping is Free! Mattresses orders for Peninsular Malaysia only.

  • When will my order arrive?

    Our Customer Care team will contact you directly either by phone or email to arrange for delivery.

  • Will I be able to cancel my order after the order has been dispatched?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request to cancel an order once the order has been dispatched.

  • Does all items sold by SHUFÚ’s include warranty?

    No, not all items sold by SHUFÚ include a warranty. Only Mattresses, Bed Frames and Pillows are covered by a Limited Warranty.

  • How many years of Warranty do SHUFÚ Mattresses cover?

    10 years Guarantee and Warranty on all SHUFÚ Mattress – Full guarantee for first two years, pro-rata warranty on subsequent years.

  • How many years of Warranty do SHUFÚ Pillows cover?

    3 years Guarantee and Warranty on selected SHUFÚ pillows – Full guarantee on first year, pro-rata warranty on subsequent years.

  • What does Warranty cover?

    The Guarantee and Warranty covers only manufacturing defects with a visible indentation of more than 4cm.

  • Does SHUFÚ Warranty still be covered after 2 years?

    If the Warranty is triggered after the first 2 years, the owner will have to bear a pro-rata cost of 1/10th per year of the prevailing list price plus transportation charge.

    SHUFÚ reserves the right to substitute comparable materials if the original materials are not available.

  • Does my 100% Natural Latex products require special care?

    Yes, due to the high quality natural ingredients used in producing the goods, special care must be given to products with 100% Natural Latex.

  • How do I keep my 100% Natural Latex products in good shape?

    Regular low suction vacuuming on the surface of the product will help maintain the product in good condition for lasting use.

  • Can I sun my 100% Natural Latex products?

    No. 100% Natural Latex is sensitive to direct sunlight and head. You are advised not to expose your 100% Natural Latex to harsh conditions that may jeopardise the quality of the product.

  • How do I remove spills and stains?
    • Treat spills and stains as soon as possible by spot cleaning.
    • Gently scrape away any soil or mop away liquid from the surface of fabric and wipe with a damp cloth using mild soap with warm water. Allow to dry thoroughly before reuse.
    • Do not saturate the fabric or interior with water or other cleaning liquids.
